This policy outlines the delivery mechanisms for our digital services and the service level agreements (SLAs) we maintain to ensure a premium recruitment experience on Jobsta.
01.Digital Service Delivery
Jobsta is a digital-first platform. All our services, including job postings, profile enhancements, and subscription accesses, are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods. Upon successful transaction, services are typically activated instantly or within a maximum of 24 hours.
02.Activation Protocols
The activation timeline varies based on the service type:
- Automated Services: Job applications, profile updates, and standard job postings are activated immediately.
- Verified Listings: Featured or high-priority listings may undergo a brief manual review process (usually completed within 4-6 business hours).
- Custom Campaigns: Targeted recruitment marketing campaigns are initiated according to the timeline agreed upon during the requisition phase.
03.AI & Algorithmic Processing
Our "Smart Match" and skill assessment services involve real-time data processing. While these services are generally available 24/7, high-volume periods may result in minor processing delays of up to 15-30 minutes for deep-analysis reports.
04.Service Availability & SLA
We strive for a 99.9% uptime for all core recruitment services. Scheduled maintenance is typically conducted during off-peak hours (GMT+5) and is announced via the platform dashboard at least 24 hours in advance.
05.Employer Deliverables
To ensure timely service delivery, employers are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate job requisition data.
- Ensuring all creative assets for featured listings meet our technical specifications.
- Responding to candidate inquiries facilitated through the platform in a professional timeframe.
06.Technical Support Delivery
Standard technical support is delivered via email and our internal ticketing system. We aim to provide an initial response to all technical inquiries within 12 business hours. Priority support is available for Enterprise-tier subscribers with a guaranteed 4-hour response window.
07.Security & Integrity
All service delivery is conducted over secure, encrypted channels. We continuously monitor our delivery infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access and ensure that your recruitment data remains confidential during the entire lifecycle of the service.
