2. Digital Service Delivery

Upon successful payment:

  • Job postings are activated within the selected package duration
  • Employer dashboards and database access are enabled
  • Featured / boosted listings go live as per package timeline
  • Confirmation is shared via registered email

Service activation typically occurs instantly or within a few working hours.

3. Physical Shipping (If Applicable)

In cases where physical materials are provided (e.g., invoices, agreements, marketing kits, or event credentials), the following applies:

  • Delivery timeline: 3–7 working days (within Pakistan)
  • Shipping partner: Courier service selected by Jobsta.pk
  • Charges: Included or billed separately depending on package

Jobsta.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Service Activation Delays

While most services are automated, delays may occur due to:

  • Payment verification issues
  • Technical maintenance
  • Incorrect employer information
  • Compliance or content review

5. Employer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service activation, employers must provide:

  • Accurate company details
  • Valid contact information
  • Approved job content compliant with platform policies

Jobsta.pk reserves the right to hold or reject services violating platform guidelines.

6. Service Modifications

Employers may request edits to active job posts or campaigns.

Modification timelines:

  • Minor edits: Within 24 hours
  • Major campaign changes: 2–3 working days

7. No Physical Product Shipping Clause

Jobsta.pk does not sell or ship physical goods. Any reference to shipping applies only to administrative or promotional materials where applicable.
