01.Platform Purpose

02.Eligibility & Account Integrity

To maintain the integrity of our professional network, all user accounts must be established using accurate, current, and verifiable information.

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
  • Accounts found to be based on false, misleading, or fraudulent information will be subject to immediate suspension or termination.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

By using Jobsta, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner and adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Authenticity: You will not post false, misleading, or deceptive content.
  • Data Protection: You will not harvest or misuse job listings or personal data of other users.
  • Security: You will not attempt to compromise the platform's technical security or performance.

04.AI & Automated Systems

Jobsta utilizes sophisticated Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated algorithms to provide features such as job matching, interview simulations, skill assessments, and personalized career recommendations. These tools are provided as advisory enhancements. While we strive for accuracy, Jobsta does not guarantee specific employment outcomes based on these performance indicators.

05.Intellectual Property Rights

The Jobsta name, logo, proprietary software, design elements, and platform architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Jobsta. No part of our platform may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or distributed without our explicit, prior written authorization.

06.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobsta shall not be held liable for:

  • Final hiring or employment decisions made by third-party employers.
  • The veracity of job descriptions provided by employers or personal information provided by job seekers.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from platform downtime or technical interruptions.

07.Account Governance

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to any account found in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Actions that compromise the safety or integrity of the platform may result in immediate termination without prior notification.

08.Modifications to Terms

Jobsta reserves the right to periodically update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We recommend reviewing this page regularly to stay informed.

09.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
